These switches have a remote control switch machine attached so you can wire the switch to be "thrown" (changing the direction of the rail), from your control panel, rather than from the switch itself. Comes with a 1/3 18" radius section, making the curved leg equal to an 18" radius section. To add a passing track and siding, simply replace a 9" straight section. When replacing an 18' radius curved section with an Atlas Snap-Switch, add a 1 1/2" straight section to the opposite side.
ATLAS Nickel Silver code 100/83 rail joiners.

Steel alloy track with black roadbed; 1/card
This is the basic turnout of the E-Z Track® system with a turnout radius matching 18” Radius Curved Track.
If you have enough room, you may consider purchasing larger E-Z Track® turnouts to allow for smoother transitions between tracks during switching operations, and to accommodate locomotives and rolling stock with longer wheel bases.
Note: All analog turnouts (non-DCC) require 16V AC or DC accessory power supply for operation.
Steel alloy track with black roadbed; 2/card
These bumpers properly finish the ends of your track spurs.
Five pieces of track make up one-quarter (90 degrees) of a 71" diameter circle (a full circle is 360 degrees). In general, 35.5" Radius Curved Track is best used to make wide, sweeping railroad curves to accomodate longer locomotives and rolling stock, and permit mainline operation at higher speeds. It can be placed on the outside of 33.25" radius curved track for excellent double-track mainline realism, and it can also be used to quickly lay track on a behind-the-scenes helix.
Nickel silver track with gray roadbed; 1/card
The terminal rerailer is connected via terminal wires to a power pack, which provides current to power the layout. In addition to making power connections, the terminal rerailer is also designed to correct derailments that sometimes occur during normal railroad operations. Rerailers are installed after difficult sections of track (turnouts, crossings, “S” curves, etc.) where derailments may occur.
Also available in the E-Z Track® system is an 18” Radius Curved Rerailer if you need a rerailer but do not need to make power connections.
